Bad service for afrihost.

Hi I joined afrihost in January I have heard good things about them but I made a big mistake I have a 200mb up and 200md but am not getting that speed i get in thing from 70mds too 100 mbs lik too too night am running on 20mb up and 20 md I proof I have called email it's just been I fight they asked me I must do the test for me then will send someone out I have done this 5 times still not fixed u call them they too switch off your opt box and router then is the some thing over and over again am paying u 1200 for a service I don't get but if want cancel its extra 899 so afrihost not good I will put this on all media platforms how must one work with speeds like this.
