Bad service

I have barreling with connection for months now. I eventually got hold of a manager with the Hope that he would sort it out. He put us onto one of their senior technicians. And still no joy. They never answer mails or even come back to your. So they take your money every month but wont sort problems put.

They do not have any customer service
