Bad service

I've requested to port out my number from Afrihost to another service provider 2 times, at first it was rejected because I did not respond to the sms within 4hrs which was no true. I requested again and this time was acknowledged to be release on the 2024-07-12 up until now has not been released. Afrihost can you please release my number please.
