Bad service

I have been with Afrihost now for 2years and I have never had a problem with the service that I have been getting but as I have requested for a second line it's been such a challenge to get the line active as no one knows what is going on so the extremely bad service has been crazy they send me from pillar to post for 2 weeks now and still no active line.
