Bad Service ever

Good Day @ Mr Visser the CEO of Afrihost, I have been back an fourth with your company nobody assisted properly they first let me pay then they told me after wards there is no infrastructure nobody sent out a technician like they said they would, then I did a refund on the 17 September 2021 and they said it will take 14 days to refund I waited until the 14 days were over just to find out nobody in your company has made the effort to log a ticket to Vuma for my refund, I dont know who to deal with anymore your company is the worst and they give the worst service ever. I would like for someone to answer because I have really had it with your people they are give poor service nobody wants to do there work.
