Bad Service / Empty Promises
We were actually quite happy having telkom as our ISP, so one day we decided we should upgrade and move over to Afrihost, little did I know it would actually be a massive downgrade.<br> <br> With Afrihost we remained on a 4 Mbps line and had a capped package of a 100Gb.<br> Our speed dropped from 2,6Mbps to 1.3Mbps when we moved over. We phoned numerous times and numerous time we were told everything \SEEMS"okay and working"

It sounds like you have not had the ideal Afrihost experience thus far. It is definitely not our intention to keep you hostage if you are not happy with your Afrihost package.
