Bad service!!!!

After requesting an upgrade 40 40/20mbps to 75/50mbps, I was deducted over R800.00 and the current speed is 50/25mbps. I most probably spoke to about 10 to 15 agents, and still waiting for the upgrade. I just cancelled my package with the Android app because this is ridiculous. And my original request for upgrade was done more than 7 days ago. I always rated Afrihost as one of the best ISP, but they really let me down this time.
