Bad service delivery from Afrihost and Openserve

Have had the most horrific experience with Afrihost and Openserve. My fibre line is not even a month old and I already want to cancel it. Have had nothing but trouble. The lack of client service is absolutely shocking! First I received a rooter, which was not pre-configured, as it should have been. Then the installation of my line was delayed by 3 weeks! After the installation was finally! completed, my line only worked for 1.5 weeks. It's been out of order for exactly 7 days now. Openserve and Afrihost keep blaming and pushing off responsibility to solve the issue on each other, leaving their clients hanging mid-air. Their so-called client service is basically non-existant. It's shocking!
