BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

We had a Fiber connection with Vodacom, then we moved to a diffrent property and they moved our Fiber there which was great. Now at the previous property the people that moved in there is trying to get Fiber from Afrihost and Afrihost said that Vodacom needs to release the line to them and whenever we speak to Vodacom they say Afrihost needs to send a request to them to take the line over. We've been battling with this since the 22nd of November and not Afrihost or Vodacom or Vumatel is able to help us. This is bad service delivery I'm so fed up whenever you phone you talk to diffrent people and no one can do their job.
