Bad service delivery

Since I joined Afrihost I have had problems with connection. It's been 8 days without connection, I've spoken to multiple consultants and logged tickets. A technician had to call Friday and nothing. Today a technician was here and cleared the problem but it's still not fixed. After kissing with Afrihost there is still no assistance. ***
