Bad service delivery

I ordered the 55gb per month wireless internet on 10 April 2018. I already have the device and Afrihost just needed to send me the sim card. I have since contacted them twice, once 25 April where they said everything is sorted and the order is on its way, I contacted Afrihost again 21 May, where they assured me my order is on its way. If I log into my client zone there is now NOTHING in my orders or order history. It is urgent for me to have internet at home as I run my business from home and now it is almost two months that I have waited and the special said I get 3 months free. Can I come pick up the sim card??
