Bad service

Made a immediate payment to them on the 28th January. But they never sent me the immediate payment link..so i thus has to wait for a refund, then reapply for a installation. Called twice to follow up, spoke to Sipho who said on the 16 February that no one logged the refund.. but not worry he got authorization from his supervisor to refund me the next day, called on Saturday the 20 February, this time no refund logged.. but was told that it now logged. Called today again, spoke to Themba in accounts. Who now says he logged my refund and i have to wait 2 weeks for a refund.. Also logged a complaint... so lets see if any1 calls me back.. Is this service?? Then what is the network service like ????
