BAD SERVICE

I do not have connections for two day Afrihost customer service is appalling, the agent know absolutely nothing, without them checking they link every connection problem to an outage ,some agents gave me the areas that where down and I don't even fall under that area, I have asked for a technician to come out and I was told know the cannot come out because its an outage problem I tried explaining that my connection problem got nothing to do with the outage as this happens once a week, but unfortunately what I said went into def ear I am on day 3 with no internet connection, no calls or sms or email from Afrihost, and to top it off I work from home ,there is absolutely NO consideration for your customers, please don't use AFRIHOST.
