Bad service costs money and reputation

Spoken to several agents over whatsapp, and when I did speak to someone over the phone, they dropped the call on me when I asked for a supervisor. The Vumatel partnership story was terrible. One guy came over, more than a week after I took up the service. I had to leave work early only for a Vumatel service providers to not arrive at my house.

I then spoke to a gentleman over the phone who dropped the call when I asked for a supervisor.

I cancelled my service with Afrihost, and I'm told that I will need to pay 1000k for installation, when the installation was never completed to begin with. I may need to involve ICASA into this matter if it cannot be resolved with this terrible company
