Bad service

I will never recommend AFRIHOST or vuma reach. Pathetic service. Been offline since last week Thursday no one can help me with making a payment.everyday we call and get put through to technical who then promises to collect payment it's almost a week and still nothing. AFRIHOST just says your account is active speak to vuma reach. Vuma reach is struggling process payment for 4 days now via payfast and cannot explain how to make manual payment. Both of you guys sick.
