BAD SERVICE

BAD BAD BAD Service. I have always promoted Afrihost, as they gave very good service in the past. Since September i have received utterly bad service from them. Struggling each day to get a package migrated, either no response, and when they respond its in their billing run cycle so nothing can migrate. keeps repeating... Also new Fixed wireless broadband sign up, package not delivered yet, just keep getting promises it will be deleivered in the nex few days for the last month, but dont mind i had to pay for it, and wont receive credit as i can not use the product ordered!!!! this is UTTERLY **** SERVICE, GIAN get involved and sort out your service delivery....
