Bad Service

Hi, I am disappointed with Afrihost Services, I signed with on the 26 of May 2020 apparently it takes two weeks for installation to be done and nothing hasn't been done yet. I had different conversations with the sales agent and all I'm told is the was an issue with my order. I don't understand how I had to provide my proof of address four times. I called yesterday to follow up on my order i waited for almost 1:30min and there was still no response. Till this day I'm waiting for a call to state when the installation will be done.
