Bad service

I'm so disappointed in Afrihost , Vuma Fibre our LOS connection has been off for 2 days now we logged a query we have a reference number but still no showed up when they deducte there money they are quick to do so when we need there help there is no show up ....

Really a bad WiFi company they don't come out when help is needed .
