Bad service by Afrihost

I've had a nasty experience with Afrihost. For 6 days now I've had no internet & even after multiple calls to the helpline, emails and more calls, still no assistance. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere now but on the short term, I still need internet. I'm disgusted.
