Bad service but quick to take your money

I enquired about fibre in my street and was informed that there is indeed fibre . Was sent a router 2 days later and charged R249. A week later without any feedback from Afrihost or TT Connect I start enquiring to what is happening and was told that there isn't fibre infrastructure and I'm on a business address. But just late last year fibre was installed 2 properties above us in our street by TT Connect. I do not own a business but none the less I cancel my application etc. Its a month later and still waiting for the to collect their router and refund me my R250. Fast to take your money and send a router but useless in reversing what they have done and refunding a person. In hindsight after reading all the bad reviews here I am actually happy that I couldn't get fibre through them.
