Bad service between Afrihost and open serve - Excellence bad attitude

Between Afrihost and open serve we have just had bad service. Installation was suppose to be on Tuesday but Afrihost gave our street number as 58 instead of 57. Open serve didn’t bother just calling us to tell us that they at the gate and they could have simply moved 2 drive ways ahead. Instead they said it’s going to a whole extra day. Then on Wednesday we felt something was wrong an tried calling all day. At 2pm the guy at Afrihost refused to check for us and told us we must call back at 5pm. We waited 20 minutes again just to be told the lady **** to us and never updated the address and never scheduled the delivery for today, Wednesday. Excellence who helped us at 5pm and a bad attitude, refused to listen that we were **** to and just didn’t care. He just said he will change the address and didn’t care or listen that open serve told us they changed it and told us they will be here today. We requested with him to cancel and he refused. He had the worst attitude and didn’t care that Afrihost was losing a customer. We need someone urgently to come install this otherwise we are moving.
