Bad service
They are useless, having problems for over a month now, website down, no emails in or out. All they say is they have escalated it and that we aren't the only ones. Staff are friendly and that is where it stops. Rather spend your money elsewhere.

10 Jun 2026, 13:15Website and emails down since the 13th May. I left a review on google, they rep**** saying please email us on another email address so they can sort it out. First of all..... our emails DON'T work and secondly I've been contacting them since the 13th May with this and now i must contact another department to make sure they fix the problem, have you ever heard of such *******. The people i have been chatting with always tells me that it's been escalated.... and now i must email another department in order for them to make sure it gets attention. This place is a big joke, they don't care about you or your problems. Same generic replies while they still ask you to rate their service. A big fat zero is all you get.
