Bad service

Worse experience ever I am on MTN lte The agents they stating that they can’t log a ticket without doing troubleshooting I have been doing them for the past 2 weeks The internet is terrible it is very slow to a point where you can’t stream The speeds are 0,2 Whatsoever that is going on with Afrihost and MTN it is not of my business I am a paying client whose suffering To hell with Afrihost and their agents who don’t know what they are doing I asked them to log a request with MTN to move me to another tower I have been turning off and turning on Doing endless speed test but with no solution Yerrr you the worst service ever I just spoke to Rendani N she’s busy saying she’s assisting me but she’s not I am gatvol at this point
