Bad service

I placed an onder with Afrihost on Monday 28 Nov 24. Open serve came to the premises for installation and then the address was given through wrongly to them. I then had to do a address change. Since then we have received no feedback, I have phoned numerous times with the same answer. We have lodged a call and we have to wait. It is now 10 Dec 24 and still nothing. Really bad service. If possible get another fibre supplier.
