bad service

Afrihost service is extremely bad, started in March 2023 i almost had no service since staring. was more off than on, i tried to contact them but they didn't want to transfer me to a manger even after asking multiple times. I email a manager after getting an email address twice with no response. I have no returned the router providing proof that it was discussed to remove the installation fee and now they want to suspend my account. worst service of an ISP i have seen. I work as a Network Engineer and I cant believe the people are just ignored when doing requests. If they suspend my account on the 21st further steps will be taken cant believe we have to pay for a service we don't receive, and when we cancel they want us to pay for that as-well...
