Bad service and terrible support

Bad hosting support. Issue still not solved after months, emails do not go through when relying on a complaint help email. Afrihost used to be great, now it seems like its dying. The people that is supposed to help you are mostly clueless of unhelpful. Now you can not even phone Afrihost anymore, you have to request a callback and WhatsApp help is a big joke!
