BAD SERVICE AND RUDE AGENTS!

Afrihost by far offer the worst customer service. I requested a fibre installation in October and we are now on the 23 November 2023 and I still am not installed yet money was taken from my account. The service of their chat is HORRIBLE especially from Portia M who is extremely sarcastic and condescending. They made no effort to contact you and query thing, they just assume that you are connected and take money from your account!
