Bad Service and products

support is good when it is received. The queues are taking forever, I have been on chat since 11:48 this morning, reminding them every 30mins or so that i am still waiting assistance and only at 14:47 received a message that I am still in queue and next support will assist me when available. This is support for same fixed LTE service that said i moved the router to another place and they needed to un-suspend it to get working again but now same issue. It feels like we are running in circles these days with the ISP's and cant get proper internet or support.
