Bad service and not caring about clients at all

I have been trying to move a clients domain over to Afrihost for months and they keep sending me instructions that don't work. I have sent over 10 emails to and from and still no one is willing to assist me. The client's website even went down and they did not have a backup and could not get it back up again. I had to reload the files and now the same thing is happening again. My account with them is no longer active but they tell me to login to their client zone when my user account is disabled, so how am I suppose to transfer the account to the client? *********** and useless and just don't care.
