Bad service and no results from Afrihost

On Monday 12th October i had a lighting strike at my premises that fried my VDSL router. Longs story i had around of 3 weeks of issues trying to get afrihost to downgrade my line again to ADSL as i could not afford a VDSL router at the time. With out success and trying 2 which to have my line downgraded to ADSL, i finally got fed up and got a new VDSL router on my telkom account after 3 weeks of struggling and being charged for 40MB VDSL for November. Everything was fine that and i sent afrihost another request to confirm that all possible downgrades have been cancelled and it will stay as is, afrihost confirmed that all requests had been cancelled. On Wednesday the 4th i get a call from Telkom asking about a request to install ADSL on my line but they can see i already have ADSL. I cancelled it and that was done. On Thursday the 12Th i noticed my internet was slow and check and i was now running on 4MB ADSL. Which i asked for 4 weeks ago and then cancelled the request and was told it was cancelled. I updated my ticket on the 5th explaining the issue. I received no proper support, untul Paul phoned me on Wednesday, Since then i have no response at all.
