Bad service and no connection!

Connection has been down for 5days now!!! I have called countless times and have had very poor responses or help. Please sort this problem out ASAP!!!! Im getting really annoyed with afrihost now!! Also my router has been faulty since day one which was 3months ago. Been trying to sort that out since January and still nothing..... I am nearly at the point where my lawyer will make contact for you to come fetch your router and cancel the account at no cost to me as i am paying for a service which i am not receiving... There are many provides in the area...
