Bad service and lying call centre agents

<p>I have been trying to upgrade my service from a 4mb line to a 10mb line for more than 2 weeks now i phone them everyday and everyday they have a diferent story tha call centre staff are a bunch of lying idiots that say they will sort the problem out and phone me back but they never phone me back or sort out the problem.</p> <p> </p>
