Bad service and low performance

I have switched LTE providers in August last year to a higher package 100mbps service, within the 1st month or two I have not gotten speeds any higher than 20mbps, ran multiple speed test directly from LAN connection to the router, ping tests trace routes you name it, I could not get higher than 20mbps, I read their cancellation policy which states if you cancel within 6 months you will pay cancellation fee of R999, from August till now after complaining multiple times they could not resolve my issue, I then calculated from September by end of Feb the 6 month window will waiver the R999 fee, however I was wrong, putting in cancellation AFTER paying for the month of March I am apparently still within this window of 6months... dont be **** to regarding their LTE speeds of 100mbps.. rather choose a different service provider.
