Bad service and losing my website and my email for my business!!!

Yesterday 9th of April 2018, I had to stay on the phone 2 hours waiting to someone reach my call and finally one guy answered and I said to him all i need just two things! First: i'm getting email says my AutoSSL certificate will expire tomorrow. this been renewed 3 months ago, How often i should renew it or what action i must do no? and his reply was no sir you don't have to do anything its just something from our system and I have sorted it not so its sorted. i said thx. and he said whats the other problem. I said: I have finished build my website and please i want to remove that red screen which says Coming Soon. and he said no problem i'm busy with it now but i don't know why it's taking long, will send ticket my supervisor to sort it out and then the call cut! Now i have lost access to my website even from Wordpress and i have lost my business email address which has all my clients contracts and emails!!! Just sitting with Reference number and waiting for their call since 8 o'clock nothing happened its not 10:30. I always used to use international companies and i said no i must support the local company and now this is what i have got. NO ANSWER TO EMAILS , NO CALLS, NO ONINE CHAT.
