Bad Service and incorrect billing

Bad Service all round. We were moving into a new house. 13 November I joined Afrihost. 200Mbps with 3 boosters that cost R5999. Afrihost was eager to sign us up and take the money for the boosters. The boosters and router will be delivered to my work address. The installation was arranged with Openserve for 1 Dec 2021. Openserve arrived and we still did not receive the package so Openserve could do nothing. At 13h30 today I received the package. Openserve is not available until Monday. So I just have to wait again. On top of that they also debited my account 15 November because the special they were running had a discount voucher which was accidentally not put through on my billing. So I have a credit for two months subscription and still can not use a single 1MB.
