Bad service and false turn around times

I ordered and requested installation of a router in my unit for Fibre, when I did the ordering I was informed that installation would be done within 2 weeks. I received the router within 2 weeks, i then called Afrihost and they said I was misinformed regarding the turn around time for installation. I spoke to a Lunga who initially agreed with me that it shouldn't been done within 2 weeks then after confirming with someone's else he then said it will be done in 4 weeks. I asked for the reason why, I had to be transferred to a different department which check the scheduling, I informed the consultant that I made a decision to order based on the initial turn around time I had been informed off. He was so rude to the extent of telling me that since the installation was not done yet, I can still cancel everything. If Afrihost treats a prospective client in this manner how about an existing client. the people in the call centre sound unsure of what they are saying half the time.

The level of service is alarmingly low.
