Bad service and domain problems

I phoned Afrihost regarding a Domain name, they verified that the domain is indeed available and i can go ahead with the purchase, after I bought the domain was allocated to my clientzone, I bought a hosting package and I was able to setup the e-mail accounts, I received an e-mail that the domain was not available??? So it was cancelled on my behalf? Prashant sent a mail saying HE has placed the package under cancellation and moved the ticket to accounts for a refund, even though I want the DOMAIN and not a refund, now I have to wait for them to do it their way after this whole mess was created by them in the first place, no alternative was given and they were not at all helpful so I guess there is only one way and that is their way. I would not recommend them at all, but if you want disappointment and bad service, go ahead
