Bad service and constant issues

I have yet another issue exactly the same as last time. I got my Fiber working after 2 weeks was ok not perfect for about 3 weeks and I decide I wanna up my line speed I get told there is a error on that request and I need to wait 24hrs so I do. Then today I suddenly have no cover at all so I restart my router and Ont check my Afrihost app see I have been put on my new speed I requested but what does that help if I can connect. Even straight from the Ont I have no connection. Now I get told the issue is on my side where last time frogfoot has messed up my config on something for my side after insisting the issue was here at my place and with frogfoot. They got a call from Afrihost and then only did they resolve it. I am so unhappy with this service I even got a month free but for what with all these issues.
