BAD service and BAD fibre--- stay far away

If I could give zero stars, I would. Afrihost gives the worst service and they do not care at all. Zero interest and zero capability. I am horrified at how bad things have gotten in the last few years. There is nothing worse than the feeling of helplessness you get when you have submitted over 9 call me backs and NO ONE has returned your call for weeks or bothered to answer your emails. Besides the terrible service, their fibre is extremely unreliable, it cuts out at peak hours and a 10mb line cannot even support a basic music app such as spotfy. You are better off getting fibre straight from Metrofibre or Openserve or whoever is in your area.
