bad service all round - very unhappy customer

The worst customer service i have experienced. There 1 staff member Kearon (long beach mall cape town laughed in my face when i came in need help and unhappy with cell c he told me that he dosent care and he hears that all day, as long as he gets paid, thats the type of people cell c have working for them. After that he tried to assist but didnt know what he was doing and said its not a problem with my phone and he cant fix it or help me and chuckled with his colleges. I went to Vodacom they sorted it out in 1 minute. I want to alert other customers to stay away from cell c, there staff are very rude and unhelpful and you will be disappointed, they also have the worst network coverage in the country. luckily i only have 2 months left on contract and then can go back to vodacom even if they R100 more its well worth it comparing my experiences with cell c. I also phoned cell C trying to speak to a manager many times but they always on lunch or not available and never call back
