Bad service - Afrihost/Frogfoot Fibre installation

I've been with Afrihost for over 12 years, and am quite surprised at how the level of service has deteriorated.

I'm still waiting for Fibre to be installed and setup. Quick to invoice and charge me for an installation that isn't complete. They can't give me an affirmative date, with only vague responses. Regardless whether the delay may be with Frogfoot - the response from Afrihost is despicable.
