Bad service Afrihost - we need to stand up against these Companies

We singned up on the internet for a fibre line with afrihost on the 16th of July. They immediately deducted my money and I received an invoice. That's were it ended. Not Vumatel or Afrihost has even send an email or any communication to say when we can expect installation or how our order is moving along. We as South Africans need to stand up for our rights against these Companies.
