Bad Service: Afrihost is the new Telkom

I bought an LTE wireless simcard and it was not compatible with my router - so they blocked the card the same day once they picked up that the router is not the newer one that they want you to purchase. I cancelled that sim deal the same day and even though it shows pending cancellation - they are still deducting my account for R399 pm - after more than 10 attempts to get this resolved trying various contacting ways, this is still not resolved and I see they are going to deduct me for a 3 rd time as this is not cancelled - Afrihost - I'm going to cancell all my services with you right now and I'll never ever recommend you to anyone - I thought you guys were the best when you first started doing business and I've been supporting you since the beginning - but now you have dissapointed me - I'm saying goodbye and cancelling all debit orders before another one goes off - you owe me a refund.
