Bad service afrihost and vuma.

I am a customer with afrihost and since 25th December 2021 I have no internet at my home. I called and sent numerous emails but still no resolution its gone 9days later still I have no Internet. Really bad service. I have laid a complaint but without sorting the problem afrihost closes the ticket which was opened to determine the fault. I am really shock with the poor service from afrihost and vuma.
