Bad service Afrihost

I disappointed in the service from Afrihost, I’ve placed an order for installation on the 16/05/20. It’s nearly two months and I’m still waiting. The worse part is Afrihost has been deducting money ,for the 2 months for a service that I’m not receiving. The call operator has been trying to assist me , but yet no prevail.
