Bad service account still suspended

What pathetic excuse for a service provider. I paid was R1590 to settlement my account was advised after payment my account will be unsuspended. I sent through proof of payment as well to accounts. Same banks so payment should have reflected immediately each time accounts tells me the payment doesn't reflect. My account is still suspended and after following up with support I get told accounts doesn't work weekends. Now I must sit without a service until Monday seriously. Do not use afrihost ever.
