bad service

I am shocked with the service. I app**** for a fiber modem 2 weeks ago and have not yet received it. My neighbor app**** last week and has already received his modem!!! I called Afrihost and they put me on hold for an HOUR!! And still no answer if i did not disconnect I don't know if they would have answered!!!!!!!!
