Bad service

So quick to end the chat not asking me isn't there anything else i need help with and same basic fault finding i do all the time my self reset this do that. But i still have a problem unresolved and get told to test every 3 hours and contact afrihost again if i have a issue. I still have a issue now so what must i do keep getting the same bad support never get a solution and nothing gets resolved. Always trying to say this is a issie or that is a issue. Im not stupid when it comes to computer and networking but can see there communication and care if for people that are less clued up intonthis stuff and justbsaybthis is the issue and dont do anything to help us customers. I have had endless issie with my line speed since i had fiber i got a 100/10 and and first speed tests where 90mbs plus and now 20mbs, 50mbs sometimes 70mbs i mean come on and i keep getting told reset my ONT reset my router test straight from ONT i do all that but thats how far support goes and get told contact us again of u have a issue still what about the issue i contacted you for i mean come on.
