I have place order for my Fiber with you on Surtaday and payment was made, but I haven't received any call regarding installation, wen I reach to you guys on WhatsApp I was told that I will receive a call with 24hr and that 24hrs has passed and no one has called me.

Please advise if I was wrong by joining your services so that I will CANCEL your services.
