Bad Service

I've never received so a bad experience from Afrihost staff. VUMA. My account shows active when I log into my Affrihost account. How even Staff at Afrihost sre saying VUMA had suspended line no payment received. I have updated my details 11:30 four different whatsapp agents are giving me sifferent story Ive asked me email an that too is a problem. Yet they saying VUMA has a payment error. The staff are really poor that helped me today never have I ever received service from Afrihost like today.
